No Need for Rhythm (NNFR)
A dance space for everyone
No Need for Rhythm is a monthly dance event celebrating free movement and community joy—no choreography, no judgment, and definitely no need for rhythm. Held every 4–6 weeks at the Natimuk Soldiers Memorial Hall, this 1.5-hour session is a drug- and alcohol-free space open to all ages and abilities.
Dance however you like, with others who simply want to move and connect. NNFR is about freedom, fun, and fostering wellbeing through dance.
This pilot initiative will run 10 sessions, exploring how movement can support community connection and mental health.
