Gatherings<\/strong><\/p>

A region-wide cultural activation commissioned by the Northern Grampians Shire that supported local artists and communities. This initiative included a series of pop-up performances, visual installations, and workshops across four towns, fostering artistic collaboration and audience engagement. The work created ranged from delicate illuminations in intimate spaces to large-scale acrobatic installation performances. Much of the multi-genre work complemented existing public art such as animating street art and\/or built on local stories. By transforming everyday spaces into creative hubs, Gatherings<\/em> celebrated regional creativity and community spirit. Further embedding this initiative, Northern Grampians Shire commissioned ACT Natimuk to deliver a second iteration of Gatherings.<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Poppet \u2013 Bendigo <\/strong><\/p>

A large-scale projection and aerial performance held at the historic Poppet Head in Bendigo. This ambitious project engaged over 250 participants, including local artists, performers, and volunteers, drawing in a live audience of more than 5,000 people. The event blended history, movement, and digital art to create a breathtaking, immersive experience. Poppet was a customised version of Space and Place which has been presented on silos at Natimuk and in the La Trobe Valley on a coal dredge.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Verj – Small Town Transformations

The Verj was an ambitious $350,000 creative infrastructure project that transformed the central median strip of Natimuk, a small town in Western Victoria, into an inclusive and imaginative public gathering space.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
