Creative Lab<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

In 2021 ACT Natimuk initiated the Creative Lab Program. The Creative Lab Program is intended to provide artists some creative exploration time on an idea that will have a \u2018work in progress\u2019 showing\/outcome at the next Nati Frinj Biennale, then ideally seed a project with a fully realised outcome at a future Nati Frinj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2021\/2022 6 x $5000 Creative Lab grants<\/strong> were offered to give artists the opportunity to explore an idea and\/or extend their creative practice in the small vibrant township of Natimuk. There were two different opportunities \u2013 the Open Project<\/a><\/strong>, and a Projection Project<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2023\/2024 ACT Natimuk offered a First Nations Creative Lab <\/strong>opportunity and supported through the NDIS one of the past recipients to further their inclusive creative practice in Natimuk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2024\/2025 ACT Natimuk will be offering 3 x $3000 Creative Lab grants<\/strong> – 1 x First Nations<\/strong> opportunity <\/strong>and 2 x Open projects<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
